Client Dawn Giles said she had a custom home built before and the process was completely different than the experience she had with King Custom Homes.

Clients can select their own custom site or King Custom Homes will assist them in discovering that "royal location." After site selection, King meets with the homebuyer to determine their needs and desires. King then researches costs and plugs them into the plan to arrive at the total project cost. The plan also includes a detailed construction timeline of each phase of construction.
Client involvement in the construction process is welcomed, and King is committed to maintaining an open dialogue with each homeowner. Weekly meetings with the client are held on site or in the company's offices. King personally oversees each detail of construction from design through move-in.
